Having grown up in a big, creative, and musical family, family has always been close to Ellen’s heart, and closely connected to her music. She’s always been passionate about creating a space for people to be released into all they are in God, encouraging them further on their own journey with Him and championing an environment where people can find and discover their identity in Jesus.

She loves all the joy and freedom that comes with music, and loves getting to see other people released in that same pure joy and freedom that flows from worshipping their Father. We love this atmosphere that Ellen brings to the tapistri family through her worship.

As well as contributing musically to the tapistri family, Ellen also designs for us; creating the branding and the logos, updating the website and helping to connect with people through our social media.

​

In addition to tapistri, she works part time as a video editor and graphic designer, and spends the rest of her time working on costume interpretation with the National Trust, pursuing a career in historical costume design, and starting a business making vintage and historical inspired bespoke bridal wear. She is also a big fan of a decent flat white and a good old period drama.
